People 1st is the Sector Skills Council for hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism.

People 1st provide the environment which enables employers within the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism sector to have the right number of people with the right skills and qualifications at the right time. Thereby improving the profitability, retention and appeal of this dynamic sector, delivering world class productivity and customer service through its skilled people.
