Flexibilities Updates

August 2008

A guide for colleges and training providers (Version 3) on Additional Flexibilities has now been produced and can be accessed here.

July 2008

Significant progress has been made in better understanding and communicating the new flexibilities within the Train to Gain Service.

Paul Holme has sent a letter to the Skills Broker Association (click here to view) and Mark Haysom has also written to providers (click here to view).  Regular update bulletins are being issued to LSC staff to ensure they can keep brokers up to date with the latest situation in this fast-changing environment. The Broker Website will also be updated on a regular basis.

It does not contain the current position on the trajectories as there are still some elements to finalised.  A revised presentation will be produced and issued in the near future.
