URGENT REQUEST
We will be under pressure very early in the New Year to demonstrate the immediate impact of the new flexibilities on SMEs. Can you please identify employers who have already taken up elements of the SME offer, i.e. those:

with 5-9 employees who have taken up the Leadership and Management offer since November;
-
who have taken up repeat qualifications;
-
who have started or completed units;
-
who have been nominated to be part of a SME cluster.

New Flexibilities - John Denham announces £350m to support small businesses
John Denham has announced a number of measures to help SMEs cope with the financial downturn. He stated that £350 million will be directed towards small businesses through further enhancements of the Train to Gain service.
